Alert message sent 19/12/2017 14:52:00

Information sent on behalf of Cleveland Police

Police are appealing for information after Daisy Chain on Calf Fallow Lane in Norton, Stockton was burgled.

The incident occurred between 10:40pm and 11pm on Thursday 14th December.

Around £200 was stolen from the premises and it is believed the people responsible made off on foot.

Chief Executive of Daisy Chain, Stuart Dexter said: “It is extremely disheartening that thieves would target a family charity like Daisy Chain and steal cash that all our fundraisers, families, volunteers and staff work so hard to raise. All the money we raise goes into supporting families affected by autism across Tees Valley and to ensure that Daisy Chain can continue to offer a safe, peaceful haven for families to visit.”

Any witnesses or anyone with information regarding the people responsible are asked to contact Police Staff Investigator Ricky Parkinson on the non-emergency number 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or
