Three Men Assaulted in South Bank

Police are appealing for information after three men were assaulted near to the underpass at South Bank (close to Asda).

The incident occurred on Friday 3rd November just before 7pm when the three men were approached by around 5-7 males who attacked them.

The suspects are described as being white males wearing hoodies and it is believed they were carrying swords and baseball bats.


One of the victims aged 25-years-old was taken to James Cook University Hospital where he received treatment for a fractured arm. Another victim aged 49-years-old was treated in the same hospital for a cut to his head and the third victim aged 26-years-old was treated for bruises and cuts.
