Dog Control Order granted after attack on alpacas

Conditions have been placed on a dog after an attack on three alpacas on a farm near Bartley.

Following the attack by an unsupervised dog on 22 December 2016, the alpacas all required treatment and one subsequently died.

Country Watch officers pursued a civil Dog Control Order and this was granted at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on 13 September.
