Alert message sent 14/09/2017 11:14:00

Information sent on behalf of Hampshire Constabulary

Police have received a total of 15 reported acquisitive crimes over the last week.

With the odd exception most crimes have been committed overnight. With the night’s drawing in when most of us our looking forward to cozy nights at home with our loved ones. A handful of recidivist criminals  view the darker evenings as an ideal environment for pilfering property that belongs to others.  Very often property & possessions that you have worked hard for. Nobody has a right to take your property. Ensure you keep cars. Sheds & houses locked. Remove anything of value & do not leave anything of value on display. Low level criminals by the very nature of their career are very often looking for the easy option. Don’t give them the opportunity.
