Dear NW Co-ordinator

 

We are pleased to announce that we are planning our first annual South Derbyshire Neighbourhood Watch Awards evening in conjunction with Derbyshire Constabulary. We are currently in the process of confirming the date and times and limited tickets will be available before the event.

 

This is a perfect opportunity for us all to recognize the hard work, dedication and passion that our co-ordinator’s, members and professional partners put into making Neighbourhood Watch one of the most effective and successful crime prevention initiatives in the South Derbyshire area.

 

The categories for the awards are as follows:

 

  • Police Support Volunteer Award
  • Co-ordinator of The Year Award
  • Deputy Co-ordinator of The Year Award
  • Member of The Year Award
  • Divisional Commanders Certificate of Commendation
  • Police Staff Awards
  • Local Policing Unit of The Year Award
  • Watch of The Year Trophy

 

You and your members can enter as many nominations as you like and these will all be reviewed by a panel of police staff an Neighbourhood Watch volunteers and the finalists will be invited to join us at the awards evening where we will present the certificates, there will be a free meal and a range of entertainment throughout the evening.
