Police release image to trace man following incident in a Chesterfield bar

Officers are releasing an image of a man police would like to speak to after staff at a bar in Chesterfield were allegedly racially abused.


The incident happened at The White Swan on St. Mary’s Gate at about 3.30pm on Friday, April 28.

A man was reported to have threatened bar staff and become racially abusive after they refused to serve him alcohol.

He is described as being white, in his late 50s or early 60s, around 5ft 11in and with short or shaved dark, greying hair.

He had a grey beard and was wearing a pink or red coloured jumper.
