To compliment our holistic approach to fisheries enforcement we have employed a dedicated Intelligence Manager to work alongside the Regional Enforcement Managers, the Building Bridges project officers, our valued volunteer bailiffs, the Environment Agency and the police service. This appointment is a stellar step forward for all anglers in England and re-inforces our total commitment to the continued fight against illegal fishing and fish theft nationwide.

We are also recruiting for the Voluntary Bailiff Service. Our next induction day will be in Thirsk on April 8th and will be the only one we will be hosting this year . If you want to know anything further on this and are keen to join the 350 Volunteers already in the service, who actively assist in the fight against illegal fishing and fish theft, then please contact giles.evans@anglingtrust.net
