Notification of Death of Martin Hart NHW Coordinator

Alert message sent 06/01/2017 11:43:00

Information sent on behalf of Leicestershire Neighbourhood Watch

It is with real sadness that I report the death on New Year's Eve, of Martin HART, 68 years, the Neighbourhood Watch (NHW) Coordinator for Cottesmore.

Martin and his wife Pat, moved to Rutland several years ago from Surrey, and since then he sought to involve himself in voluntary work in Rutland: in addition to local NHW coordination, Martin was actively involved in the running and Training of the County Community Speedwatch Team, and working with Voluntary Action Rutland.

There will be a service at Grantham Crematorium (Harrowby Road, Grantham, NG31 9GT), at 10am, on Wednesday, 18th January, 2017.  Friends are welcome to attend but it is requested that flowers are confined to family.  Should anyone wish to make a charitable contribution, it is asked this be made to the Rutland Air Ambulance (Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Northamptonshire, and Warwickshire.

Director RNHWA.
